Group Rates!!
Here at Meadowood Lanes we are more than happy to accommodate your group function. We do company parties, sports teams, church groups, military gatherings, and youth events just to name a few!! We can even cater food to your event!!
To qualify for our group rate you must have at least 25 people and your event must be booked at least two weeks in advanced. We suggest you book your party as soon as possible to ensure your date will be available, especially during the holiday season!
Our Group Rate is $45 per lane per hour which includes shoe rentals.
FINAL GUEST COUNT – Client must contact Meadowood Lanes 14 days prior to the event to give final headcount.
EVENT TIME & DURATION – Client and guests are urged to arrive early to the event to check in and get shoes. Lanes will be turned on at the time reserved and automatically shut off at the end of the time allotted. (Lanes are shut of regardless if game is finished or not).
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE – If the event is cancelled or rescheduled more than 14 days prior to the event date, Meadowood Lanes will refund the deposit or apply deposit to rescheduled date. If the event is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the event day the deposit is forfeited. If no clients or guests are here 15 min after scheduled start time Meadowood Lanes may release your lanes in order to accommodate other patrons. Meadowood Lanes may make an exception to refund deposit due to weather at our discretion.
FOOD & BEVERAGE – All events are required to purchase food and beverage from Meadowood Lanes. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES – Meadowood Lanes will fully comply with alcoholic beverage laws including: requesting proper legal identification from any person of questionable age, refusing service of any alcoholic beverages to any person who is underage or cannot produce proper identification, refusing service of any alcoholic beverages to any person who, in the discretion of Meadowood Lanes, appear to be intoxicated. If minors attending the event are observed consuming alcoholic beverages on the premises, Meadowood Lanes reserves the right to immediately remove them from the premises.
